Family Fun in the Park…for

Here's
how it works! how it works!
Guests arrive at the property and are directed to their parking
area. All have pre issued tickets for easy
entry into the Historic Precinct and Formal Gardens. Guests will be directed to
your group’s site where they can relax in the surrounds of the marquee we have
provided as a base for the day. Your food service is set up in this area. We
have a display board with the day’s activities and times…. including
lunchtime!
Guests
have full access to the Park and all it’s facilities. They can take a
self-guided tour of the Mansion, the State Rose Garden or the Farmyard and
Riverene area. Maybe they’d like to visit the winery and sample a vintage
drop. At different times of the year the Park hosts events and exhibitions. If
you tie your “Fun in the Park” to the
Winemakers Polo tournament or one of the many other events, you can really add
to the day’s entertainment for no additional charge.
We also have a huge range of amusements and activities we can provide for your event. These include jumping castles, trackless trains, giant slides, arcade games, painting activities, clowns, buskers, face painters and so many more! We will organize the booking, payment and set up of all operators at your event.
We are known for our fine
dining in the Ballroom, whether it is a wedding or corporate dinner. But we
understand that catering for an event like this requires a diverse range of
options, which provide value for money. We are
always happy to do an exact quotation for your event but if you want to prepare
a preliminary budget and get a good idea of costs, just work through some of the
following:
Option 1: Gourmet BBQ in a picnic format (Bring a rug and deck chair!)
Option 2: Gourmet BBQ where all guests are seated under marquee cover (6m framed marquee)
Option 3: Gourmet BBQ where all guests are seated under marquee cover (10m clip frame marquee)
